What is not covered under the warranty?
1. Normal wear & tear of PU leather.
2. Damage on chair nylon/ metal base or PU wheels.
3. Damage on armrests such as breaking.
4. Natural disaster including but not limited to fire, flood, collapse of property.
5. Damage resulted from alteration and modification.
6. Damage caused by self-assembly or improper assembly, usage that derives from the User Guided Manual.
7. Expenses for return delivery for inspection and replacement.
Coverage of Warranty
All our customers enjoy a 2-year limited hardware warranty on parts.
1. Incomplete set of parts on delivery.
2. Any defect or parts during delivery.
3. Significant defect of mechanical part such as hydraulics, recline mechanism, and tilt mechanism.

Returns
Stock is dynamic, and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of many entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your order once the order has been made.
Our policy runs for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase however, we're unable to give you a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund your product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
